How to pull another member into a ticket?
To pull another member into a ticket, use /open <category> owner:@user with Fyre. You will be asked the standard ticket opening questions, and then a ticket will be opened in the target's name.
ES Community Case Link
Eternal Paradise and ES Community have moderation cases linked through Sapphire. When viewing a users' cases via ,caselist, you might see the "ESC" tag. That means the case is from ES Community and not Eternal Paradise.
Medium Protocol Explainer
The #on-protocol channel is considered a medium-protocol BDSM chat room. Medium protocol means a few things for the structure of chats there.
- Submissives must address switches and dominants by their titles, and switches must address dominants by their titles.
- All members must greet the chat when entering and starting to talk. A greeting is valid for 30 minutes after the last message. Greetings can be simple, but must be respectful and on theme (eg. "Good afternoon everyone", not "What's up people").
