Helper Duties

The duties of our helpers in Eternal Paradise.

Verification Tickets

The first duty of helpers is verification tickets. Helpers are expected to claim and complete verification tickets, and higher up staff are supposed to wait a while before taking verification tickets.

Basic Moderation

If you see a member committing a simple offence like having a link in bio, or causing drama in chat, you can jail them. Once jailed, ask the member to stop what they were doing, and explain why it was wrong (linking the rules if applicable).

If it was a warnable offence, issue the member a warning. If this is the member's first time breaking that rule, a verbal warning may suffice at the staff member's discretion.

If the member has committed the same offence or broken the same rule multiple times, ping a moderator or admin to review and ban the member if necessary.

If you see someone breaking a rule or committing an offence that you can't punish for, jail them, and ping a moderator or admin to come and help.

You are also allowed to delete problematic messages in public chats if the need arises.

Member Support

If a member asks a question about the server, or needs assistance with something you are able to do, feel free to help them. We want to make sure all members get the info and assistance they need in a timely manor.
